Employees of the City of Santa Monica and their family members (parents, children, grandchildren, wives, husbands, grandparents, brothers and sisters) can become members of the Credit Union. How To Join In order to become a Santa Monica City Employees Federal Credit Union member, you must open a Share Account with a deposit of at least $50.00 and sign a membership application.
